CULTURAL HERITAGE
First conceived by Gérald Genta in 1954 for a pioneering polar flight, the Polerouter is now reimagined in the Camaïeu collection as a celebration of color and artistry. Each quarter of the dial is rendered in a refined camaïeu, drawing inspiration from fashion and art, and transforming the iconic design into a canvas of whimsical elegance while preserving the model’s timeless legacy.
ANOBLISSEMENT
With the Hardstone editions, anoblissement is achieved through the reintroduction of stone marquetry into the Polerouter’s design language. Lapis, tiger’s eye, and bull’s eye dials infuse the iconic crosshair composition with depth, texture, and living character, transforming a historic design through material artistry.
